Sub-processors

JobEmber uses a small number of third parties to run the service. Each one processes personal data only on our documented instructions, under a data processing agreement. This page reproduces the list from Privacy Policy § 6.1, which is the authoritative version.

Local inference (Ollama) runs on infrastructure we control and sends no data to a third party, so it is not listed as a sub-processor. JobEmber does not use your data to train any AI model, and our model providers are configured on no-training / no-retention terms where the provider offers them.

The application backend host is being finalized and will be named here and in the Privacy Policy before it processes production data. Material additions or replacements to this list are notified per Privacy Policy § 16.
