Why it exists

The first wave of generative AI gave every applicant the same handful of tones, and hiring managers noticed fast — a large share now say they're less likely to hire when they detect AI in an application. The tools that produced that writing walked away from the consequences. The ones that promised to "organize" the search refused to discover roles or draft anything. The ones that promised to "automate" fired hundreds of generic CVs a day and got accounts banned.

JobEmber was built in that gap, for a different user: someone with real experience who writes for a living, evaluates before they buy, and treats each application as a considered decision. It treats an application as a piece of writing that has to pass two readers — the parser and the human behind it — without losing what makes it yours.

What we do — and don't

We extract your writing voice from your own samples, draft every CV and cover letter in it, audit each draft for AI tells before you send, and render ATS-clean PDF and DOCX through a five-stage pipeline you approve at every gate.

We are not an auto-apply bot, a keyword-stuffing scanner, or a spray-and-pray service. JobEmber never submits an application for you, and we don't promise you an interview or a job — no honest tool can. It's an instrument you operate.

Who's behind it

JobEmber is built and operated by DGLabs S.R.L., a limited liability company organized under the laws of Romania and based in Cluj-Napoca. We're a small team building for the EU and beyond, with the privacy posture that implies — EU data-protection law as the floor, not the ceiling.
